Bosch Power Tools India hosts a DIY event at Bengaluru to showcase their range of home and car washers
The 30th of July was not just any other Saturday. With the Karnataka Bandh in full force, most of the business establishments were shut down, no public transport and the streets of Bengaluru sported a deserted look. With the confirmation that the Bosch event would go ahead as planned, I carefully headed out to Royal Orchid, which took me just a little under 15 minutes to reach, owing to the Bandh effect!
With a warm greeting from the emcee, the event went underway with a few gentle interactions. Bosch Power Tools India arranged a dirt-laden Santro, an Innova and an Apache RTR in the lawn area of the hotel in their attempt to depict the cleaning hassles of the motorists and to showcase the effectiveness of their products. Next, the emcee got all the automotive enthusiasts, and fellow bloggers assembled there, to take a shot at dirtying the vehicles to the best possible extent. Geared with gloves, apron and the dirt mix, the assembled folks took turns to give the cars "the perfect mud bath".
Now, it was time to get rid of the stubborn dirt from the vehicles and give it a spic and span look. Mr Panish PK, Regional Sales Director and Business Head India and SAARC Bosch Power Tools India unveiled the home and car washer range and quoted the following:
Furthermore, with the hose connected, power cord plugged in, and the machine switched on, we took turns to experience the magic.
