Mahindra Blazo truck series with FuelSmart technology announced at the Delhi Auto Expo 2016

Mahindra's truck and bus division announced the launch of its new heavy commercial truck series under the brand name Blazo.

This series includes haulage, tractor trailer and tipper, and is equipped with the FuelSmart technology, which introduces the CRDe engine coupled with multi-drive mode feature which is usually seen in passenger cars. Multimode feature will have three modes, viz. Turbo, Heavy and Light. The driver can switch between these modes depending on the load and road conditions, thus improving efficiency.

The trucks have a refreshing look. There is also the introduction of a new turquoise blue color variant. Ajay Devgn has been roped in to promote the Blazo series, especially the mileage and after-sales service guarantee.

The Blazo series is expected to offer better fuel efficiency than the existing trucks of Mahindra customers, or else they can actually return their truck! Not only that, they are even guaranteeing uptime on its breakdown service by getting the truck back on road in 48 hours or less, or they will pay the customer INR 1000 per day! This is a huge promise as far as the after-sales services are concerned.
