Toyota Innova Crysta showcased at the Delhi Auto Expo 2016

Toyota has unveiled the all new Innova Crysta at the Delhi Auto Expo 2016. The Innova which is one of the most popular vehicles in the MPV segment has got a facelift at the right time. The front sports a Black grill with thick Chrome strip, sleek projector headlamps and new fog lamps. It also gets reworked rear with a big Toyota badging in the center.

Apart from the exterior changes, the Innova Crysta gets a new 2.4 litre GD Diesel Engine that churns out 147 bhp of power and 347 NM of max torque. Toyota claims that the new GD engines are 10% more fuel efficient than the KD engines. It also gets a 2.0 litre VVT-I petrol unit that churns out 137 bhp of power and 183 NM of max torque. Interestingly, Innova Crysta also comes in an automatic variant.

The interiors and equipment have got a major rejig with features such as Automatic Climate control, steering mounted Audio controls, 7-inch infotainment system with navigation, arm rest for individual seats, rear ac vents, electrically foldable 2nd and 3rd row seats and cruise control. The interiors are all black.

With the exciting facelift and new features, the Innova Crysta is expected to pull back the market share that it slightly lost to the likes of Renault Lodgy.
